Shark Sportswear is an exclusive B2B seller and we will not sell direct to teams. Please submit a new account request to place orders with Shark.

PRODUCTS

Shark manufactures full custom sublimated apparel and accessories, with a focus on on-field and sideline products needed by teams across the country. Our fabrics are premium polyester or polyester blends. We do not currently offer embroidery, screen print, or heat press services.

HOW TO ORDER

Once you have a Shark account, simply send a PO or Email to sales@sharksportswear.com with the following:

• Ship to address (Shark can ship to you or drop ship to your customer)
• Shark product numbers (ex. SHK-01-01-02-03), sizes, and quantity ordered
• Roster file with names, numbers, and sizes – if required (.xls, .xslx)
• Artwork on our product templates (.pdf, .eps, .ai)
---If you are requesting custom colors or fonts, please be sure to include PMS values
---If you don’t have the capability to lay your own artwork, don’t worry, we have you covered! See next step.
• Font File – if using a custom font (.ttf, .otf)

ART SERVICES

 Shark’s art team can provide full design services for uniforms, from basic templates to full custom design and branding. If you don’t have an art team, or if your design department is simply too busy at times to keep up, we’re here to help. Reach out to sales@sharksportswear.com with your request and we’ll return mockups that are ready to be shared with your customer. We can provide templated examples at no charge, while full custom design will incur a 10% upcharge.

PAYMENT & APPROVALS

Once we’ve received your PO and all supporting artwork and information, we’ll process the order into our system and provide a payment link. Shark collects full payment prior to production, and we accept all major credit cards and ACH. Following payment, Shark will send digital approvals with clear instructions for your review, as well as an in-hands date for your order based on current lead times and normal UPS delivery timelines from San Diego to the address provided on your PO. Make the approvals and your order is on its way to production!

If your customer requires a full-size sample for approval prior to production, Shark is happy to accommodate that request, though this will add time to the approval process and push back delivery accordingly. 

PRODUCTION

Your order will be printed, transferred, cut, sewn, packaged, and labeled for shipment at our Tijuana factory. We’ll cross the border and ship your order from a UPS or 3PL facility in the United States. You will receive automatic tracking notifications once your order has shipped.
